I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and neat with great facilities, although being awakened every night by the garbage truck at the end of the building was a bit inconvenient.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were recently upgraded, very clean, and provided good views, but unfortunately, my room was located close to reception, a stage, a pool, a game room, and opposite the hairdresser's, making it a noisy spot. However, overall, the room was clean and of a very good standard throughout, with a good bathroom and a comfy bed.

The service at the hotel was excellent. The staff members were very helpful and friendly. It's understandable that there were only 4 of them taking care of orders, waiting on tables and the bar while handling over 100 diners.

The hotel is situated in a nice, touristy, quiet neighborhood, with a decent area and generous size rooms offering views of the pool area and beyond to the sea. It's a good location for driving to sights like El Teide and other spots on the south end of Tenerife.

The dining experience had its ups and downs. The buffet had a wide spread, including hot food and salad, which was reasonably priced at €16 per person. However, my experience sat in an open buffet for 3 hours was not the best, as I paid for it but didn't dare eat it. The coffee was also a disaster, not tasty and made from powder.

The hotel had good facilities, including two pools with nice views of the pool area and beyond to the sea. It's a plus that the area is quiet and there's a bar on-site.
